2/18/14 Hired a private investigator to verify his status as an orphan and to ensure his story checks out

3/5/14 Oliver found

3/13/14 Oliver's investigation is complete, he is truly an adoptable orphan

4/1/14 Ethiopia gives approval for families to continue their adoptions with chosen agencies, provided orphan status is true

4/15/14 Officially signed on with new agency (AWAA)
